United Way of Bradford County Announces Gannon Associates as “2018 Corporate Partner”
Towanda Pa. – Today United Way of Bradford County is honored to announce Gannon Associates as the “2018 Corporate Partner.” The Corporate Partnership greatly enhances United Way’s ability to conduct the Annual Campaign, helping offset costs associated with brochure printing, marketing, and campaign events.
The 2018 Campaign, kicking off this Fall, will be particularly special, as it will mark the 40th Anniversary for United Way of Bradford County (1977 – 2017.) Gannon Associates CEO, Max P. Gannon, was actually one of the original founders of the Central Bradford County United Way, which merged with the Valley United Way in 2006 to become today’s United Way of Bradford County. Max Gannon’s support of United Way has stayed strong over the last 40 years, and shows how a community-minded business can make a positive impact on the success of a nonprofit organization.
“Gannon Associates is a true leader in our community,” states United Way’s Executive Director Kerri Strauss. “Gannon Associates generous partnership for the 2018 Campaign speaks volumes to their continued support of the important work carried out by United Way.”
Max P. Gannon, CEO of Gannon Associates said: “Gannon Associates is honored to be named the United Way of Bradford County’s 2018 Corporate Partner, as we take pride in giving back to our local community…”
United Way of Bradford County is very excited to partner with Gannon Associates, as it has since its inception, and looks forward to another successful campaign – with this year’s goal of reaching $540,000. Over 80 projects and programs at 47 nonprofit agencies have been approved to receive United Way funding in 2018. Three new agencies are slated to be brought on 2018, including the Allen F. Pierce Free Library, Endless Mountains Addiction Awareness Committee, and the Troy Historical Society.
